I am committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals, including the injured, the marginalized, the victims of their own insurance companies or health care providers, and to protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government indifference.

The entities I sue the most are insurance companies. They are, often times, insensitive, unfair, and deceptive, using their vast resources, like most financial institutions, to take unfair advantage of their customers.
